At Cedar & Song Studio, every item is thoughtfully handcrafted or carefully curated with an appreciation for craftsmanship, nature, and timeless design. Because many of our products are handmade, vintage, or one of a kind, we encourage you to read our return policy before making your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Please note that handcrafted wood products naturally contain variations in grain, color, knots, and texture. Likewise, vintage items may display expected signs of age and character. These natural variations are part of each item's uniqueness and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
Because many of our products are one of a kind, exchanges are generally unavailable.
If you'd like a different item, the quickest solution is to return an eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged, or

We shipped the incorrect item.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging your return. Cedar & Song Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
