Bird Seed & Product Subscriptions

If you enroll in one of our subscription programs, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select during checkout.

Your payment information is stored securely and will be charged automatically before each scheduled shipment unless you have prepaid for your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

• Pause your subscription

• Skip an upcoming shipment

• Change your delivery frequency

• Update your payment method

• Cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we may offer handcrafted items, limited editions, or seasonal products for pre-order before they are available.

Depending on the product, we may:

• Collect full payment at checkout,

• Collect a partial deposit, or

• Authorize your payment method and charge it when your order is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it becomes subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
