Subscription, Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy

At Cedar & Song Studio, we want shopping with us to be simple and transparent. This policy explains how subscriptions, pre-orders, and order cancellations work.

Bird Seed & Product Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription program, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the schedule and product selections you choose during checkout.

Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the subscription schedule unless you have prepaid for the subscription.

The applicable price, delivery frequency, and other subscription details will be provided during checkout.

Managing Your Subscription

You may:

  • Pause your subscription

  • Skip an upcoming shipment

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Update your payment method

  • Cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date

A subscription management link is provided in your subscription confirmation or account information, where available.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future recurring charges and shipments. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about returns and refunds.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Cedar & Song Studio may offer handcrafted items, limited editions, seasonal products, or other items for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

The product listing will explain the expected availability or shipping timeframe and any other applicable pre-order terms.

Payment for a pre-order will be handled according to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at cedarsongstudiollc@gmail.com.

If your pre-order has already been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order. In that case, the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.

If the availability of a pre-ordered item is significantly delayed or we are unable to fulfill the order, we will contact you with updated information and, where applicable, provide available cancellation or refund options.

Estimated pre-order dates are provided in good faith and may change due to material availability, production schedules, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

For regular purchases, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order cannot be cancelled, you may still have return or refund rights under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

For customers in jurisdictions that provide mandatory consumer protections, those rights apply in addition to the terms of this policy.
