SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Cedar & Song Studio.

We’re grateful you chose something from our collection of handcrafted birdhouses, feeders, vintage finds, and nature-inspired home and garden goods. Each order is packed with care and prepared from our studio in Tacoma, Washington.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

For made-to-order or handcrafted items, processing may take longer depending on the nature of the piece. If additional time is needed, we’ll contact you by email with an update.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The estimated processing time for a specific product may be noted on its product page or provided during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method applicable to your order.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be clearly identified on our website at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Cedar & Song Studio currently ships within the United States.

Most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date or service is expressly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active or update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances including:

  • Carrier volume or service interruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • Supply chain or material disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at cedarsongstudiollc@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, where permitted by applicable law.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be lost, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged packages, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging, when available

We recommend reporting shipping issues within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so that we can investigate promptly with the shipping carrier.

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the item.

Where applicable, Cedar & Song Studio remains responsible for goods damaged or lost during delivery until they are received by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Vintage and One-of-a-Kind Items

Many Cedar & Song Studio products are vintage, reclaimed, repurposed, handmade, or one of a kind.

Because of the nature of these products, an identical replacement may not always be available.

If a one-of-a-kind or vintage item is damaged or lost during delivery, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, store credit, or another available remedy.

International Shipping

Cedar & Song Studio currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping may become available in the future. If we begin offering international shipping, this policy will be updated to include applicable destinations, shipping costs, delivery information, duties, taxes, and other requirements.
