Welcome to Cedar & Song Studio.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cedar & Song Studio website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through the site (collectively, the “Services”).

Cedar & Song Studio LLC, doing business as Cedar & Song Studio, is a Washington-based small business offering handcrafted birdhouses, feeders, vintage finds, artisan goods, and nature-inspired home and garden products.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that allows us to offer our online store and Services.

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Many Cedar & Song Studio products are handcrafted, vintage, reclaimed, repurposed, or one of a kind. Natural variations may occur, including differences in wood grain, finish, color, size, texture, materials, and signs of age. These characteristics are part of the individual character and uniqueness of each item.

Product appearance may also vary depending on your device, monitor, or screen settings.

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and other information may be updated or changed when necessary.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the prices and terms displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order. Acceptance of the order occurs when we process the order for fulfillment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Custom orders, made-to-order products, pre-orders, and one-of-a-kind items may be subject to additional terms described in the applicable product listing or our Subscription, Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy.

Purchases are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed, our products are intended for personal or household use and are not purchased for unauthorized resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping charges.

You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable purchase price, taxes, shipping charges, and other charges presented at checkout.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly provided at checkout.

Some Cedar & Song Studio products are handmade or made to order and may require additional processing time.

We will make reasonable efforts to process orders within the timeframes described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, supply issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights relating to delivery, loss, or damage that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content included in our Services—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product photography, artwork, videos, written materials, and original designs—is owned by or licensed to Cedar & Song Studio LLC.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Purchases made through Cedar & Song Studio's online store are transactions between you and Cedar & Song Studio LLC.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform and related technology used to operate our store. Shopify is not the seller of Cedar & Song Studio products.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our store.
